Please have your image to me at the Email address below by the FINAL ENTRY DATE
Send all submissions to: firstname.lastname@example.org
Email subject line should read: PSA Entry
You will receive an email back that we have received your entry. If you do not get one within a few days, please resubmit.
You will also receive an email if your image has been selected for competition
Our club can only enter 6 images per competition and only one per member each time.
Once an image has been entered into the Interclub PID Competition, it’s ineligible for re-entry in other PID competitions—even from another club.
No two clubs may submit images by the same maker—the first club who enters an image from a maker becomes that maker’s club for the year.
Members can submit one image per competition. All images must be sent to the above emails. All decisions on which to enter are final. If your image isn’t selected for a competition, you may resubmit it for a subsequent one…but you’ll need to send it again. After each competition, all submissions will be deleted.
Rules for sizing images: they must be no larger than 1024 wide and 768 tall.
Vertical images cannot exceed 768 pixels in height
Horizontal images cannot exceed 1024 pixels in width
Square images cannot exceed 768 pixels on all sides
All images must be submitted as JPGs and need to be converted to the sRGB color space.
(Unless your image proportions are in the exact ratio of 4 to 3, one of these dimensions will be less than maximum. The image will be projected as received, as long as not over the maximum)
Warning: Do not include a pound sign (#), an equal sign (=), a question mark (?), a single quote (‘), a double quote (“), a colon (:) or a semi-colon (;) in your image file names.
